Before diving into real estate, Tim earned a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, followed by postgraduate studies in exercise metabolism and physiology. From coaching high-performance athletes to researching exercise interventions for surgical patients, he’s honed a knack for motivating people—a skill he now channels into building strong client relationships and negotiating deals with flair. His secret sauce? Keen listening, sharp intuition (with a playful nudge), and a theatrical charm that turns property deals into unforgettable adventures.

Happily hitched to Bronnie, a powerhouse senior nurse, Tim keeps up with their rambunctious crew of two teenage boys and a feisty daughter. When not tearing up Dunedin’s trails on mountain bikes, shredding snowy slopes, or belting out tunes, you’ll spot Tim braving any weather on Dunedin’s many beaches in his trusty board-shorts, with his loyal black Labrador, Dave, by his side.
