He’s up with the rising sun to tend to his 800-strong flock of sheep on his farm along the Taieri River. Recently married, this energetic young “Ameri-Kiwi” has a twang as bold as his cowboy hat and brings the same grit and heart to real estate as he does to his early mornings on the land.

Hailing from the US, Solly’s spent over half his life in New Zealand, blending his Stateside roots with Kiwi know-how. His formative years working the fields and building from the ground up have given him a street-smart edge that belies his age. With a Bachelor of Business Studies in Agribusiness and a Postgraduate Diploma in Property from Auckland University, he’s got the credentials to back his hustle. But it’s his hands-on experience in farming and construction that fuels his knack for property investment, analysis, and management.
